Why cleaning a condo is different
Apartments are smaller than houses, but they aren't simpler. The kitchen, living room and entry often share one open space, so a dull counter or a streaky floor shows from everywhere. Bathrooms are usually windowless, which means more soap scum and mildew in the grout. And many newer buildings are full of glass — shower doors, mirrored closets and floor-to-ceiling windows that show every fingerprint.
Our cleaners plan around that. They start with the kitchen and bathrooms, use products matched to stone counters, engineered floors and glass, and finish with the floors so nothing gets tracked back across a clean surface. - Getting in: fobs, buzzers, lockboxes and concierge desks are all fine. Put the steps in your booking notes so your cleaner isn't waiting in the lobby.
- Garbage and recycling: tell us where your chute or garbage room is and your cleaner will take the trash out on the way.

- Pets: lots of condos have a dog or cat. Let us know so your cleaner can plan for hair on the sofa and floors.

In BC, a tenant has to leave the rental unit reasonably clean at the end of a tenancy, and most landlords go through it with you on a final condition inspection. Do you clean studio apartments?
Yes. A studio is priced the same as a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit: $182 for a standard clean under 1,000 sq ft. In the price calculator, choose 1 bedroom.
How much does it cost to clean a 2-bedroom condo?
A two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo between 1,000 and 1,499 sq ft is $255 for a standard clean, $393 for a deep clean and $468 for a move in/out clean. On a biweekly plan, the standard clean is $217 a visit.
Do I need to be home for my condo clean?
No. Most customers leave a fob, key or door code, or set up access with their concierge. Add the instructions to your booking notes, and tell us if the front desk needs your cleaner's name ahead of time.
Where will my cleaner park?
If your building has visitor parking, add the stall number or intercom code to your booking notes. If not, your cleaner will use street parking nearby.
Can you clean my apartment before I move out?
Yes. Book a move in/out clean. It covers the inside of every appliance, cabinet and closet, plus window tracks — the areas landlords check at the final inspection. Book it after the movers are done so your cleaner has empty rooms.
Do you clean balconies and outside windows?
