Do I need to be there to let the cleaner in?
No. Most agents and property managers use a lockbox or door code. Add the details to your booking notes.
How much does a move-out or turnover clean cost?
Move in/out cleans start at $330 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit under 1,000 sq ft, and pre-listing real estate cleans start at $169. Every price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and size, so you know the cost before you book.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every booking is covered by our $2M liability insurance, and every cleaner shows government ID, has their references contacted and passes a criminal background check before their first job.
How do I pay?
Pay by card when you book online, or call (778) 720-6791 to book by phone and pay by Interac e-Transfer before the clean.
