Prepare your home
A few minutes of prep means your cleaner spends every minute on the cleaning.
- Tidy up personal clutterClear counters, floors and surfaces of personal items so they can be cleaned properly.
- Secure petsKeep pets in a separate room or crate, and mention them in your booking notes.
- Provide entry instructionsDoor code, lockbox or where a key will be — add it when you book, along with any parking or alarm details.
TipPut away anything fragile, valuable or irreplaceable — or point it out in your notes so your cleaner knows to handle it with extra care.

We take care of everything
Your cleaner follows your entry instructions and gets straight to work.
- Cleaners bring all suppliesProducts and equipment arrive with your cleaner. Prefer we use yours? Just add a note.
- Supplies includedProfessional products and equipment. Prefer your own? Leave them out and add a note.
- A room-by-room checklistEvery visit follows the checklist for the service you booked, so nothing depends on memory. See what’s included.
- You don’t need to be homeMost customers leave entry instructions and get on with their day. If you’d rather be home, that’s fine too.

Timing
How long will it take?
Cleaning time depends on your service, home size, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. These are the same estimates we use to schedule your cleaner.
Bigger jobs can be shared between two or three cleaners — the work is split between them, so they finish sooner.
Homes that need much more work than described can take longer.

What’s not included
A few things are outside a standard home clean — usually for safety, or because they need a specialist. Knowing up front means no surprises on the day.
Moving heavy furniture or appliancesWe clean around and under everything we can safely reach, but we don’t lift or move heavy items.
Exterior windows & work at heightWe clean interior glass and surfaces within safe reach — no tall ladders or outside windows.
Biohazards & pest clean-upMould remediation, pest droppings and bodily fluids need a specialist service.
Valuables you’d rather we skipWe’ll leave anything you point out alone — just mention it in your booking notes.
