The kitchen is where a deep clean makes the biggest difference, because it's where grease and crumbs hide in places a regular clean never touches.

What's not part of a deep clean
Being clear about this up front saves surprises. These aren't on our deep clean checklist:
- Inside the dishwasher and microwave, window sills and tracks, and closets — these are part of our move in/out clean, which is designed for empty homes.
- Carpet shampooing or steam cleaning — carpets are vacuumed.
- Outside windows and exterior areas.
- Heavy construction dust — that's our post-construction clean.

How long a deep clean takes
A deep clean usually takes about an hour longer than a standard clean of the same home for one cleaner. A one-bedroom condo is a few hours; a large family house can take most of the day, and some larger jobs are shared between two cleaners. Your price is fixed either way, so a longer clean never costs you more.
How to get the most out of your deep clean
- Clear the cabinets and drawers you want wiped out. Your cleaner can then clean the shelves instead of working around things.
- Empty the fridge of anything expired, and group what's left so shelves can be wiped.
- Clear counters and floors of clutter, toys and laundry.
- Tell us your priorities in the booking notes — the oven, the shower, a particular room.
- Put pets somewhere comfortable and away from the work.
