The homes we clean in Terra Nova
Terra Nova is in northwest Richmond, next to Terra Nova Rural Park and the West Dyke Trail along the river. Built up mostly in the 1990s and 2000s, it's a neighbourhood of large two-storey family houses and townhouse complexes on quiet crescents.
Big family homes with four or more bedrooms and several bathrooms are common here, and the dyke trail and parks mean busy entryways. Square footage and bathrooms drive how long a clean takes.

- Big homes: enter the total square footage across both floors so your cleaner has enough time.
- Deep cleans: a deep clean adds inside the oven, fridge and cabinets plus baseboards — a good first visit.
- Recurring: a biweekly plan saves 15% and keeps a large house on track.
