Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Coquitlam homes
Coquitlam has a lot of moving in both directions: families buying newly completed homes on Burke Mountain and in Partington Creek, and renters moving in and out of the towers near the Evergreen Line. For a new home, book the clean before your furniture arrives. For a rental, book after the movers leave and before your inspection.
Condo buildings near Coquitlam Centre and Burquitlam typically require elevator bookings for moves; plan your clean for afterwards and leave fob details in your notes.
