Built for BC move-out inspections
Under BC's Residential Tenancy Act, tenants have to leave a rental unit reasonably clean and undamaged, apart from normal wear and tear. In practice, landlords and property managers check the same few places at the move-out inspection: the inside of the oven and fridge, window tracks, closets, baseboards and bathrooms. Those are exactly the areas our move in/out clean adds.
Two tips that help at handover:
- Take photos after the clean, room by room, before you hand back the keys.
- Book a day or two before your inspection, not the morning of, so there's time for anything that needs another look.

Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum carpets as part of every move-out clean. Carpet shampooing and steam cleaning aren't included.
