- Get your instant price. Pick your city, bedrooms, bathrooms, home size and service. The price shows up as you go — no account needed.
- Pick your preferred time. Choose any day of the week, with start times from 7am to 7pm. We confirm your cleaner after you book.
- Confirm and pay securely. Add your address and entry notes, then pay by card to lock in the booking. Prefer Interac e-Transfer? Call us to book by phone.
- Your cleaner arrives with supplies. They follow the room-by-room checklist for your service. Missed something? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll send your cleaner back to fix it, free.

With Good Maid, a biweekly visit is 15% off the one-time standard price. That's $155 a visit for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home under 1,000 sq ft and $217 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo between 1,000 and 1,499 sq ft.
Is there a contract?
No. Recurring plans have no contract. You can pause, skip or change your plan — just let us know before your next scheduled visit.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We match recurring plans with the same cleaner whenever possible. If they're ever unavailable, we send another background-checked, insured cleaner.
What does each recurring visit include?

Can I switch from biweekly to weekly later?
