When a standard clean is the right choice
Book a standard clean when your home is in normal, lived-in shape and you want it properly reset: counters cleared and wiped, bathrooms disinfected, dust gone, floors done. It's the clean most people put on a schedule, and it's what keeps a home from ever needing a big catch-up clean.
If it's been more than a couple of months since a professional clean, or you've never had one, start with a deep clean instead. A standard clean on top of months of buildup gets the surfaces looking good, but the grime along baseboards, in the oven and inside cabinets stays put. Not sure? How long does a standard clean take?
It depends on the size of your home. A smaller condo usually takes a few hours for one cleaner; a larger house takes longer. Your price is fixed either way — it doesn't go up if the clean takes longer than expected.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Your cleaner brings professional products and equipment. If you'd like us to use your own or scent-free products, leave them out and add a note when you book.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave a door code, lockbox or key and carry on with their day. You're welcome to be home if you prefer.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund, or use the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. Every booking is covered by our $2M liability insurance, and every cleaner shows government ID, has their references contacted and passes a criminal background check before their first job.
